SPATEX Organisers Hold Open Day For 2014 Show Venue
Following on from the announcement made at SPATEX 2013 that the annual show is to move to The Ricoh Arena for 2014, the event organisers have arranged an open day at the new venue.
The award winning International Events Centre at The Ricoh Arena features up to 20,000 sq m of flexible event space, an onsite hotel and casino and is located just 800 yards from the largest motorway network in the UK
Being held on 20 March, the open day is an opportunity to take a look around the exciting new venue for SPATEX 2014 and the day will provide the organisers with the platform to disclose their exciting plans going forward and offers attendees a forum to express opinions on how to further improve the show.
The outline programme for the day is as follows:
Those wishing to attend the open day should contact SPATEX in advance .
Floor plans have already been sent out to a number of past exhibitors and organisers are offering an early booking discount for the 2014 event. Anyone who would like to receive the plans should contact SPATEX.
SPATEX 2014 takes place Sunday 4 February to Tuesday 6 February 2014.

- 10.00: Arrival Tea/Coffee
- 10.30: Welcome
- 10.45: Tour of Arena (please note that the Disabled Living show will be in build for opening the following day) its facilities including the Bar, Casino and room for the Industry Gala Dinner, etc.
- 11.45: Question and Answer Session
- 12.15: Cold buffet lunch
- 12.45: Booking of stand space for 2014 opens
